Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tradkraft, a product operated by Stockraft, a sole proprietorship of Rohit Modak ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What Tradkraft is — and is not
Tradkraft is a trading-journal and analytics platform. It is NOT a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or trading-signal service. Nothing in Tradkraft — including any AI Coach or AI Mentor output — is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. All trading and investment decisions are yours alone, and you are solely responsible for them.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to use Tradkraft. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Broker connections
When you connect a broker, you authorise Tradkraft to READ your trade and order history. Access is read-only — we never place, modify or cancel orders. You remain responsible for complying with your broker's own terms of use.
Subscriptions, billing and renewals
Tradkraft is offered as a single full-access plan, available in monthly, half-yearly or yearly billing periods at the prices shown on our Pricing page (in INR for customers in India).
- Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically at the end of each billing period through Razorpay's secure mandate, until you cancel.
- The price shown is the final amount charged. Stockraft is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to the displayed price.
- For recurring payments, you may receive a pre-debit notification from Razorpay, and charges above the applicable regulatory threshold may require additional authentication, as per RBI rules.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which you will not be charged again. We do not provide refunds for amounts already paid. Acceptable use
When using Tradkraft you agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the security of the service;
- reverse-engineer, copy or resell the service;
- use bots or automated means to abuse the service; or
- share, sell or transfer your account to anyone else.
Your content
Your journal data belongs to you. You grant us the limited permission necessary to store and process it to operate the service, including sending trade summaries to our AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Broker and market data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and we may add, change or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockraft shall not be liable for any trading or financial losses, for decisions made using AI analysis, or for discrepancies in data supplied by brokers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or any law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of Tradkraft after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agartala, Tripura.
